BRVNA.tx Stop shrinking when AI comes up
You bought the tools. You bought the system. Nothing is truly running.
That is not a discipline problem. Building the thing is a different job from understanding it, and nobody ever sat next to you while you did it.
01 The situation
“I’m really bad at IT and computers. I always have been. I’ve already paid for this twice, I got to the end of the program, and all I got was the offer to buy the next one. I’m not stupid, I run a business, I know how to work. But everyone else seems to have been handed something I wasn’t. Maybe I just wasn’t born into this era.”
The sentence I hear in the first two minutes of almost every call
It is almost never true. That is self-image talking, not capability. So I don’t argue with the sentence. I ask you to spend three days building with me, and the sentence changes on its own.
It arrives in three shapes.
Installed, not running well
The system exists, but it never became reliable enough to trust, so you quietly went back to doing the work by hand.
Running, stuck at its first size
It does one thing. You want it to do more, connect it to the rest of the business, and you don’t know how.
Installed, unusable
It sits there on your machine and you cannot operate it at all.
In all three, you probably already bought the thing that solves it. That is what the first call is for.
02 The offer · Become the Builder
I don’t build it for you. I build it with you, and then I leave.
Three days. Four hours a day. One-on-one, remote. You become the person who builds with AI: we take the system you already bought, get it running across the connected tasks that eat your week, and on day three you learn to change it without me. The engagement is designed to end.
- a.
The person before the system
Day one builds nothing. We get to know each other, and we take a look at what you already have on your machine. How you work decides what gets built, so the system fits the person behind the screen.
- b.
One working system, for the work that repeats
Not a stack of new tools and not a template. What you already bought, rebuilt or extended with you until the connected tasks that come back every week run through it, and you keep it.
- c.
Your hands on it, in your own words
Day two is the build. You are not watching a screen share all day. Your hands are on it, working in your own words, because the tools were designed to understand people.
- d.
Day three is the exit
The last day exists so you can use and modify the system alone, so I can step out of the equation. That is the deliverable, not the upsell.
03 The method · One call, then three days
Align · free
A free 20-minute call, and its first job is not to ask what you want to solve. It is to check whether the system you already bought is the right one for the problem you have, and to agree what the three days will cover.
Prep · Day 1
We get to know each other first, how you work, how you think, and which parts of your week actually hurt. Then we take a look at what you already have, because you bought the system and the tools and I need to see how they are set up. Whatever is still missing gets installed together, on your machine, so day two starts with everything ready.
Install · Day 2
Your system gets rebuilt with you, not delivered to you, and it comes as an installation package with a guide file you keep. Then you play with it while I am still there. This is usually where the belief changes, because your hands are on it.
Ownership · Day 3
You learn to use and modify it alone, so I can step out of the equation. Wanting me close afterwards is optional. Needing me is not the design.
The .tx in BRVNA.tx stands for transfer. I named the business after the exit, because that is the day everyone else skips.
04 The five BRVNA principles
Build with you, never for you.
A system handed over finished is a system nobody understands. Your hands are on it while it is made. If you want it done for you, I am not your person.
Reduce dependency, do not relocate it.
Swapping the tool you can’t finish for a consultant you can’t leave is not progress. It is the same problem wearing a different invoice.
Verify before you trust.
You learn when to use it, when not to, and how to see that the output is wrong. Without that you have not been trained, you have been handed a black box.
Narrow to one working system.
The connected repetitive work that costs you the most, and nothing else. Trying to automate the whole business at once is how people end up with nothing running.
Autonomy is the exit.
Reduce dependency, increase capability. That is the motto and it is also the business model. The whole thing is built to end.
05 About · Barna Kiss
I learned AI on seventy-hour weeks, living in a truck. You can learn it at your own desk.
I came to the Netherlands as a truck driver. When I decided to build something of my own, I moved back into the truck full time and lived in it around the clock, because no rent and no commute meant the money could go somewhere else. Over two years that let me put more than €18,000 into my own development, across multiple cohorts and several different AI sources. I’m not some AI master with a doctorate from a branded college.
“I don’t want people who memorize prompts. I want people who team up with AI.”
In one of those cohorts there was a woman who really struggled with the simple concepts, and she was under pressure asking her questions in front of people much further along. I gave her a calm space where she gave herself permission to slow down. She was close to dropping out. She stayed. I can’t tell you she built a system or transformed her business, because that is not what happened. She didn’t quit. It stuck with me, because I realized that is the way I can give value to people.
Informatics from age seven, the first class of elementary school, through to the twelfth, and the first programming logic came from Comenius Logo. Then mechanical studies, then a long detour through work that had nothing to do with any of it. There was a rough stop on the way: a couple of months in a campervan, delivering food by bicycle through the muddy, snowy Dutch winter, after one silly accident cost me a job and the roof that came with it. It was a bad stretch. But I’m over it, and I’m much stronger. That is the one thing the hard years prove: capability is not gated by ideal conditions. Not mine, and not yours.
06 Where this is, honestly
I have to be honest about where this is. The offer is defined, the pricing is set, and the three days are designed.
There is no completed client engagement yet, so there is no case study on this page, and there will not be one until it is real.
I have no outcomes here I would take the credit for, and I would rather show you an empty proof section than a borrowed one. I cannot promise big numbers and I will not promise revenue. What I can promise is undivided attention, one-on-one, and that we will work until the thing gets done. The first engagements will appear here when they exist.
07 Pricing, stated openly
Twenty minutes to check whether the system you already bought is the right one for the problem you have, and to agree what the three days will cover. No cost and no commitment.
Three days, four hours a day, one-on-one. Twelve contact hours. Your own system running the repetitive work in your week, an installation package, and a guide file you keep.
Where the work has more moving parts, more tools, or more to hand over. The ceiling is written here so you know the whole range before you write to me.
Two one-on-one calls a month if you want me close while you build your own things. It is security, not the destination. My intention is that you do not need it.
No group calls, at any price. Delivered remotely over Zoom, wherever our hours overlap. What the three days cover is agreed with you on the alignment call, and the boundary is the three days themselves. Real prices on the page before you even reach out, because you have already paid for enough things that hid the number until the call. Prices are excl. btw (VAT).
