This site sets no cookies. It loads every font, script and image from its own domain, so your visit is not shared with advertising networks, font servers or content delivery networks. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Who runs this site

What this site processes

• Email you send. If you write to hello@brvnakrtv.com, we receive your address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message.
• Hosting and security logs. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, processes technical data such as IP addresses to serve the site and keep it secure.
• Cookieless analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits in aggregate. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint you, and builds no individual profiles.

Why, and on what legal basis

Email is processed to answer you and to take steps toward a possible engagement (pre-contractual necessity and legitimate interest). Logs and analytics are processed to run the site securely and understand aggregate usage (legitimate interest). Nothing is used for advertising and nothing is sold.

Who else touches the data

Two processors, no more: Cloudflare (site hosting, email routing, analytics) and Google Workspace (the mailbox where mail to hello@brvnakrtv.com arrives). Where data leaves the EEA, the transfer is covered by EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long things are kept

Correspondence is kept as long as the conversation needs, then deleted. Records connected to invoices are kept seven years, because Dutch fiscal law requires it.

Newsletter, when it exists

A newsletter may launch later. If it does, sign-up will be opt-in, every email will contain an unsubscribe link, and addresses will be used for nothing else. This statement will be updated first.

Your rights

Under the AVG (GDPR) you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of your data. Write to hello@brvnakrtv.com. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Dutch supervisor, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
